Sugar Rush (Capsicum bacattum)

Sugar Rush is a rare Light Peach coloured Capsicum bacattum variety all the way from Peru. The pods produced are very sweet. This could well be the only Peach coloured Aji species yet seen.
The plants are similar to the Aji Amarillo but with much sweeter fruit hence the name Sugar Rush.
The Sugar Rush Chile Plants will grow to around 4ft tall and may need staking.
Like many Aji's they have a very long season and produce lots of pods, well  into the autumn.
