The Chocolate Naga Viper is one of the hottest peppers in the world as it averages 900,000 to 1,300,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
Its heat level is like the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and the Naga Morich, and its slow burn is comparable to that of the Ghost pepper.
The walls of the pods are they thin walled and quickly dry if left on the plant for too long, they are great for making a chilli powder and for general seasoning.
On the flavour they are very fruit and rich.
