Hybrids
When you see the term F1, F2, F3  and so on this refers to the length of time the Hybrid has been grown or how many generations have passed, the " F " stands for Filial meaning Genetics. So for example if you pollinated two different plants and collected the seeds from the pollinate pod, grew these seeds the next year then these plants would be known as F1 and then the following year F2 and so on.
Most Chilli plants will become 75% stable around F4,  F5  at F9 they will be around 99% stable.
All hybrids sold by us are crosses made by experienced growers from around the world.  Please be aware that any Hybrids below F9 will have pods that vary in shape, size and colour. These in our oppinion are some of the most interesting Chillis you can grow and are great fun.
