The 7 Pod/Pot Primo was first created back in 2005 by a man in the US called Troy Primeaux. His Nickname at the time was Primo, hence the name. The Primo is a cross made from the seeds of the Naga Morich and the Trinidad 7 Pod. The Naga Morich seeds were obtained from a market in Bangladesh and the Trinidad Scorpion seeds came from a elderly women in Trinidad. Primo began crossing the two varieties and has since then grown them for many generations. He still grows the chilli plants in complete isolated at the Louisiana Native Plant Initiative.
The 7 Pot Primo is very lumpy and grows a nasty looking stinger tail. Like most other 7 Pots it has a fruity and floral ton. This chilli is extremely hot. The chilli is probably one of the hottest chillis in the world
These seeds are from a crop grown this season by the Devon Chilli Man and have not been isolated.
