The Bido Tacana Originally comes from South America, and is native to Brazil and Bolivia.
The heat level of this chilli pepper is madium to hot.
In its native country the pods are use as a powder to give a good heat to their native dishes.
When fully grown the Bido Tacana pods go from green to yellow, the plant will produce large amount of fresh fruits during the chilli season which lasts up to 6 months.
As you can see from the picture the pods can grow quite big. This is a plant well worth growing.
