Turkish Snake is a very cool looking and rare chilli pepper from Turkey.
The plant grows to about 60 cm in a pot and it is an awesome producer of long curly pods, which shares the appearance like that of a snake.
The pods are about 20 cm long, start green and end up red when they are mature.
They have a stingy burn which makes them great for a stir-fry, for pickling or just chopped up and sprinkled over your dinner. Flavour:
