Naglah chilli is the result of successful cross made by the New Mexico University Chilli Pepper Institute.
The Plant is a member of the Capsicum chinense family. Over the years this plant has proved to be very stable. The pods have a wrinkled appearance (Bhut Jolokia) x Douglah cross is quite a rare variety.
The plants have a paler leaf color than most chilli plants and the pods ripen from green to red with a great fruity flavor. Warning this chilli is extreme as far as heat is concerned. It has been measured at a blistering 1,000,000 shu.
