The original Burmese Naga seeds were obtained from a market in Mandalay, Burma when a gentleman by the name of Grant Hustler was travelling there some years back. They are very similar in shape and size to the Naga Morich but perhaps a little fatter with more of a blunter tip and slightly thicker skin.When cut open there still remains that layer of capsaicin which is notorious to all super hots.

Burmese naga
I grew these seeds last season quite late sown for the UK early march wow it grew, like a beast ! Strong healthy plant's classic Naga shape one was board shouldered the other round shouldered . Both were nice and gnarly very pretty pods, Nice Naga flavour very productive . However I was disappointed with the heat alot less than my Dorset Naga I've been using 4 or 5 in a dish compared to only one Dorset Naga. However a nice vigorous Naga variety and very pretty.
